Invalid IMEI fix
On android phones "invalid IMEI" usually occurs after Factory Reset, when the user chooses to Format EVERYTHING. This action deletes the IMEI number.
If your phone supports two SIM cards, then it has two IMEI numbers.
Usually the IMEI is printed under the battery or on the box.
1. find your IMEI (it's under the battery or at the box tag).
2. install and run the app MTK Engineering Mode.
3. go to Connectivity --> CDS information --> Radio Information --> Phone1.
4. type AT +EGMR=1,7,"your ΙΜΕΙ number". (include the quotes, no spaces) ex. AT+EGMR=1,7,''123456789123"
5. choose Send Command.
6. restart the phone
If you have two SIM slots on your phone, repeat and on step3 choose Phone2.
